Take Control of Your Stress

With each passing day, we gain greater insight into the numerous psychological and physical effects of stress in our lives. This often chronic and unrelenting stress manifests itself in a variety of ways and chips away at our resolve bit by bit, potentially damaging our health and wellbeing in the process. The good news? By becoming aware of the presence of stress in our lives we can take action, and adjust our perception, to minimize its detrimental effects and potentially even use stress to our advantage!


For nearly as long as Sarah Mork can remember, she has been completely fascinated by all topics related to nutrition, training and overall well-being leading her to build both her academic and occupational pursuits around these particular topics. Sarah has a range of experience including instructing group exercise classes and consulting for companies ranging from the University of Minnesota to United Health Group.

Sarah is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is currently Owner, Health/Wellness Coach and Consultant of her own health coaching company, Incite Health and Performance, LLC. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, completing both a B.S. in Kinesiology and a B.S. in Business-Entrepreneurial Management. Sarah is currently finishing her Masters in Kinesiology - Exercise Physiology at the U as well.
