Come enjoy an intimate Night that will entice your taste buds. You will have an opportunity to experiment with food and wine pairings and learn about how taste really works.

Campus Club's Beth Jones will be our chef for the night. After graduating at Cornell College, she pursued a law degree at William Mitchell. Realizing that law was not her true calling, she followed her passion for cooking. Beth came to the Campus Club in September of 2006 after several years of cooking at Lucia's Restaurant and Wine Bar. In her time at the Campus Club, she has transformed the menu and cooking style by sourcing local, seasonal and organic foods, and using scratch cooking methods.

Also joining us will be Jason Kallsen, Founder of Twin Cities Wine Education. A former Geography and History major turned certified sommelier with 25 years of industry experience, Jason has worked in every aspect of the wine sales including white linen restaurants and fine wine importing, retail and distribution. He founded Twin Cities Wine Education in 1998 and has taught over 15,000 students from amateurs to experts, and has trained many hopeful sommeliers ahead of their exams. His motto is “Wine education without intimidation.”

This will be a fun-filled night that is highly engaging and yummy! Come prepared to try a variety of different flavors and get acclimated to some of Minnesota's own food and wine selection.

*Food will be served on 3 small platters but will leave you feeling full.
